SAND IMPRESSIONS

Nature creates its own art.

Walking along a Cape Cod beach, the tide was
ebbing and in the process formed these two perfect
impressions of trees.

What is striking about these impressions is the sense
of majesty and intricacy of the designs.  One can imagine coming upon exact replicas of these trees somewhere in the world.

  1. Incredible how such beauty can be found in unexpected, "unimportant" places. By unimportant I mean a spotlight isn't shining on the setting. Imagine the thrill experienced by the first person who realized snowflakes were intricate, beautiful structures. The best free, most consistently satisfying entertainment is all around us if we but take the time to observe.
