"Photography records the gamut of feelings written on the human face, the beauty of the earth and skies that man has inherited, and the wealth and confusion that man has created. It is a major force in explaining man to man." -- Edward Steichen
Spent a lovely June night in Boston with the South Shore Camera Club. There was a light, cool breeze coming off the water, creating a lovely atmosphere to walk around and photograph. The above photograph is the skyline of Boston from Piers Park in East Boston.
The photo on the right is of the Zakim Bridge from a great vantage point in Charlestown. The bridge was lighted with yellow lights in honor of the Bruins Stanley Cup finals, in hopes that the Stanley Cup can return to Boston, the last time being in 1972!!!!
