On Sunday, September 4, I was fortunate enough to sail out among the schooners as they participated in the Mayor's Race, part of the Gloucester Schooner Festival. The weather could not have been more perfect for sailing. The sun was shining, there was a light breeze, and the waves were minimal. It was a lot of fun, and a terrific day for photography.
